Fisheries Resource Utilization Study Program (FPIK UMI) Strengthens Quality Culture through the 2026 Internal Quality Audit
Makassar — The Fisheries Resource Utilization Study Program at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI), has conducted its 2026 Internal Quality Audit (AMI). This initiative reflects the program's commitment to strengthening a culture of quality and enhancing the standard of educational delivery.

The Internal Quality Audit (AMI) is a component of Universitas Muslim Indonesia’s Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). It is carried out periodically to ensure that academic activities and study program management align with established quality standards. The audit process encompasses various aspects, including the management of education and learning, study program governance, research, community service, human resources, and other supporting documentation.

Through this Internal Quality Audit, the Fisheries Resource Utilization Study Program evaluates the achievements of its work programs and identifies opportunities to improve the quality of academic services and educational operations. This activity is expected to foster continuous improvement and reinforce the commitment of the entire academic community to delivering high-quality higher education.

The Fisheries Resource Utilization Study Program at FPIK UMI remains committed to enhancing educational quality in order to produce graduates who are competent and outstanding, and capable of contributing to the sustainable management and utilization of fisheries resources.
